Lawrence worked with me for just under two years in preparation for the Rio Olympics in 2016. The two things that I most remember him for is firstly how comfortable I felt in his care from the first time I met him. Second, even though we were in an elite sport environment, he still came up with new ideas to try and get that extra few percent which for me highlights that he wants the best for whoever is in his care. An extremely professional guy and very knowledgeable in his field.
